FREE Red Fife Wheat Kernels (2.5kg) with the purchase of a Mockmill Grain Mill attachment!
The powerful little stone mill that has captured the imagination of bread-lovers and indeed the whole baking community and is recommended by professional bakers and chefs. With the Mockmill docked easily and neatly onto your stand mixer, you can now quickly and affordably produce silky to textured flour from any of a whole range of grains and legumes, and even mill your dry spices. You get the pleasures and benefits of nature's good grains, milled when you need them!
The Mockmill grain mill attaches to KitchenAid* and AEG stand mixers and adjusts to grind grain at the exact texture desired, from remarkably fine flour to coarse meal (just cracked if you’d like). Its patented corundum-ceramic grinding stones are self sharpening and require no maintenance. Cleaning the Mockmill is simple and quick; the mill retains very little flour when finished, and accessing the milling chamber takes just a moment and requires no tools. Enhance your cookies, cakes, breads and more with the wonderful flavor and superior nutrition of freshly ground flour.
All dry grains can be ground with the Mockmill, including soft or hard wheat, oat groats (dehulled oats), rice, triticale, kamut, spelt, buckwheat, barley, rye, millet, teff, quinoa, amaranth, sorghum and dent (field) corn. It will also grind lentils, dry beans (pinto, red, garbanzo, kidney & more), and dried, non-oily spices. It isn't suitable for herbs, oilseeds like flax or sesame, popcorn, or fibrous materials.
Fits KitchenAid* and AEG models in the U.S. / Canada. Mixer not included.
*Does not fit the KitchenAid Artisan Mini (200w) mixer.
Note: The Mockmill grain mill does not fit the Ankarsrum stand mixer.

This is perfect for my needs. I bake one or two loaves of bread a week and this is great. I don't need another Appliance and I can use my KitchenAid to create the flour and then use it to knead the dough.

I made a simple 100% whole wheat bread with the gifted Red Fife kernels. It had an aftertaste that reminded me of honey (no honey in the bread at all, so it had to be the freshly milled wheat). I've been baking sourdough for several years now, yet switching to freshly milled flour led to the biggest improvement in flavour.
The mill attachment isn't exactly quiet on finest settings but tolerable for occasional milling of the amount I need. Overall I'm happy with it.

We are really enjoying using this mill. Very easy to clean and use. I think that we would be able to hand this down to our kids, it feels like it’s very robust.

I only need to mill enough flour for 1 loaf a week, so this is perfect for me.
It produced lovely fine flour from my Red Fife wheat berries and although it is slower than the stand alone mills, the price point is terrific.
Very pleased and would recommend it to anyone with similar flour needs.

I have used it only a few times but it works great. I have not tried a large batch milling yet but for a couple of cups at a time, my kitchenaid got warm but not hot. It works much better than the kitchenaid mill attachment which I tried first and then returned. My friend has an older stand-alone mockmill which I might have to invest in if I start milling more. It is so amazingly fast. I am very happy with my purchase and it arrived much quicker than anticipated. All round great experience!
