Ankarsrum Premium Beater Set

This item requires the Beater Bowl in Stainless Steel and Drive Shaft (each sold separately)

This set includes two high-performance tools — oversized Balloon Whisks for light, airy meringues and whipped cream, and sturdy Cookie Beaters designed to handle chilled butter in small pieces for pastry dough.

Note: The Premium Beater Set is compatible with the Beater Bowl in Stainless Steel (sold separately). This set is not for use with the Tritan plastic Beater Bowl, included with the Ankarsrum Assistent Original Basic Package.
