Ankarsrum Flaker

The Ankarsrum Flaker Mill is great for making fresh oatmeal from oat groats (groats are oats that have had the hulls removed). Homemade oatmeal made with this process has thicker, chewier flakes than the store-purchased sort and, being fresh, is much more delicious.
