The hopper capacity is 7 oz. A supplied clamp secures the Eschenfelder flaker to your table or counter (up to 1-7/8" thick). Then just fill the hopper you're ready to start flaking. With its adjusting screws, the flake density can be easily adjusted to thin or thicker flakes.
